At the foot of the Luberon, facing the Durance valley, La Fenière is a different kind of hotel. Eclectic, it consists of three parts designed like three different lifestyles… There are seven rooms in the Inn dedicated to local craftsmen, four rooms in the family farm house facing the fig tree, and five modern, rock’n’roll Bellevue rooms in the upper parts of the property with a swimming pool. Simply take your pick..

Stéphane Cristol, talented eye, collector of art, inveterate gold-digger, made the decoration.
In it, Reine Sammut retorts in big knocks of classics: Scallop carpaccio, celeriac remoulade dressing and grated of truffle; butternut squash veloute, seared duck of foie gras, porcini and smoked bacon dice; Here royale; pigeon with liver sauce...
Walk by the checkered tablecloths, take in the country, the country food and the good wine...Menu: the symbolic dishes of the Provençal cooking and the classic bistrot.
Frisee salad with bacon and soft-boiled egg, Pumpkin gratin with parmesan cheese crumble, Calf's head in a tartar sauce or Braised cabbage with bacon. And you can leave with flyer of the good Reine's addresses of local products!

...lovers of real custard, to puff pastry novices, researchers into olive oil, aficionados of preserved lemon, and to all who think that cuisine has an effect on the behaviour of those for whom it is intended...

-> Cooking classes on Thursdays from 9:15 to 12:00 and followed by lunch
at 145 euros and accompagnant 60 euros
-> Private cooking class "Chef d'un soir" in the restaurant La cour de ferme at 650 euros(excluding drinks)
The head carries a one-night dinner for 8 people with the help and advice of the kitchen team and Reine between 16:30 and 19:30 followed by the dinner.
The Cour de Ferme also puts on gigs when Guy Sammut and his band, the HBUS - Has Been Under Shower - take to the stage.
For all those who really felt the shower of the seventies, with Neil Young, Hendrix and Stones… 100% rock’n’roll!
And when Guy’s not playing, it’s time for a little jazz…
